Host Employer

A 'host employer' is a company that hires workers from a Labor hire agency or takes on apprentices/trainees through a Group Training Organisation (GTO) for training. In simple terms, it's a company that uses temporary workers from an agency or provides training opportunities to apprentices/trainees.
