Future1st's Horticulture Traineeships are flexible, offering both part-time and full-time options.

This allows the trainee to balance their studies with practical, hands-on experience at your nursery, ensuring they stay on track to achieve their Certificate III in Horticulture.
What happens if the trainee isn't a good fit for our Nursery?
We understand that sometimes a trainee may not fit into a nursery as expected. In such cases, please communicate with us early. We'll either provide additional support or training to the trainee or find a different trainee that suits your needs better.
