With a strong emphasis on nurturing skills and industry knowledge, we employ apprentices and trainees under an Apprenticeship / Traineeship Training Contract.We then find suitable host employers where these individuals can develop their capabilities. Our role as a GTO is not limited to just facilitating employment. We assume responsibility for all the legal aspects of the employment contract, administer payroll, and ensure comprehensive insurance coverage.Most importantly, we take on the essential task of training, monitoring, and offering support throughout the journey.
