As a leading Group Training Organisation (GTO), we're dedicated to creating these opportunities by connecting eager, talented apprentices and trainees with businesses looking for fresh talent. With a strong emphasis on nurturing skills and industry knowledge, we employ apprentices and trainees under an Apprenticeship / Traineeship Training Contract.
We then find suitable host employers where these individuals can develop their capabilities. Our role as a GTO is not limited to just facilitating employment. We assume responsibility for all the legal aspects of the employment contract, administer payroll, and ensure comprehensive insurance coverage.
Most importantly, we take on the essential task of training, monitoring, and offering support throughout the journey. We understand the unique needs of businesses and the challenges that come with finding the right talent and handling administrative tasks.

What is a Group Training Organisation (GTO)?
What are the benefits of hiring apprentices/trainees through a GTO?
Flexibility: You have the freedom to employ an apprentice or trainee for as long as you need one.
Continuity: In case of work reduction, the GTO will reassign the apprentice or trainee to another host employer.
Hassle-free process: The GTO handles all government paperwork related to the apprenticeship/traineeship.
Training and Monitoring: The GTO organises and oversees the training for the apprentice/trainee.
Responsibility for Insurances: All insurances and workers' compensation responsibilities are taken care of by the GTO.
Recruitment: The GTO manages the advertising and recruitment process to provide your business with the most suitable candidates.
